CEO

Trond has more than 25 years of leadership experience at retailers and technology companies and will be focusing on accelerating Inovretails growth and internationalization. With a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the sector specifics across Europe, Trond Kongrød prior Inovretail had the experience as the SVP EMEA of StrongPoint, a company focused on e commerce logistics, payment and shrinkage solutions for retailers. In addition to the SVP EMEA position, Trond Kongrød established and grown StrongPoint in Spain, operating from Madrid. Prior to StrongPoint, Trond had a vast retail experience on C level positions within consumer electronics and grocery in Norway, Sweden and Denmark for more than 15 years.

Co-Founder and with over 20 years’ experience in the retail space (food and non-food) he’s been involved in numerous projects for high profile Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers across multiple geographies, with a consistent track record of successfully delivering working solutions on schedule and on budget. Customer oriented and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, his strong delivery background enriched by the challenging multicultural and multidisciplinary work environments he’s been involved, provided André with a comprehensive skillset and intimate knowledge of the Retail industry current and future challenges. Resilient, a natural born optimist and disruptive thinker, André has been a proud lead contributor to the Digital Transformation in Retail through the products and solutions he has helped envisage and create.
